I am the maintainer of lollipop format: http://ctan.org/pkg/lollipop

Could you please generate lollipop formats for MiKTeX. All the ini files are in config/ subdirectory. As of now there are only four formats: lollipop, dvilollipop, lualollipop, and dvilualollipop. At the end of the ini files, I also have written how each format is generated.
