#2541 Update fails

Hello!

I try to update MiKTeX today and I have the error (see attachment):

« Sorry, but something went wrong:
The package definition file could not be parsed.
path="C:\Users\MyCount\AppData\Local\Temp\mik1983\makeindex.tpm", line="2", column="1330" »

In makeindex.tpm, line 2, column 1330, there is the character & in the name:

"Chen & Harrison International Systems, Inc."

Hello!
Please close that ticket, because the problem with makeindex.tar.lzma is solved in the yesterday's update (05/11/2016). I don't see how to close that ticket.
