#2393 Bugs with the old-arrows package

Hi! I tried a fresh installation of MiKTeX 2.9.5721 and I noted the following bugs with the old-arrows package:

1- during the installation the map file oasy.map is not added to updmap.cfg and pdflatex doesn't find the information about the fonts in pdftex.map, producing the error

!pdfTeX error: pdflatex.EXE (file oasy10): Font oasy10 at 720 not found
==> Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!

2- afm, tfm and pfb files are placed in a folder named old-arrow rather than old-arrows (without final 's', even if this is not a real problem)
