#2386 Wrong placement of the file milstd.tex

The file milstd.tex from the logic package is installed in the wrong place, that is

TEXMF\tex\tex\generic\logic

instead of (note the double \tex)

TEXMF\tex\generic\logic

TEXMF\tex\latex\logic

since milstd.sty is in that directory...
