#2329 Package minutes: missing sample files

Package minutes has some sample files Sample.tex, SampleDE.tex, SampleEN.tex, and SampleNL.tex that will be generated from minutes.dtx using minutes.ins and that are described at the minutes manual, but are missing in MiKTeX's minutes package. Maybe you could add them to the doc folder of minutes like TeX Live does. With this users can easily find and use them for their own modifications.
