Though similar bugs have been recently reported, some troubles with synctex option still persists.
The command
texify --pdf --tex-option=--synctex=1 --tex-option=-aux-directory=TeXAux --tex-option=-output-directory=. "Braginskii(s).tex"
fails with the message
C:\Users\Igor A. Kotelnikov\Documents\Мои книги\PlasmaBook\Braginskii>x-option=--synctex=1 --tex-option=-aux-directory=TeXAux --tex-option=-output-directory=. "Braginskii(s).tex"
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.1415926-1.40.11 (MiKTeX 2.9)
entering extended mode
("C:/Users/Igor A. Kotelnikov/Documents/╠юш ъэшуш/PlasmaBook/Braginskii/Bragins
kii(s).tex"

("C:\Program Files (x86)\MiKTeX 2.9\tex\latex\beamer\base\beamer.cls"texify: pdflatex failed for some reason (see log file).</v3.8l>
No log file is generated. However
texify --pdf --tex-option=-aux-directory=TeXAux --tex-option=-output-directory=. "Braginskii(s).tex"
or
texify --pdf --tex-option=--synctex=1 --tex-option=-aux-directory=TeXAux "Braginskii(s).tex"
works fine from the same directory, Setting absolute path instead of relative one does not change the matter. Though setting output-directory is not required in this particular example, it is done so by WinEdt macros.
