Mikit 1.0.2 now supports DCM modules, a super simple midi-like format that was used for a couple of games in the previous millennium.

Added linux support to MikIT
Linux support is up and running again. It only needed a few minor changes in the sources due to the modifications of the g++ compiler over the last 10 years.
