Then I guess you'll need to check if there is a entity data mapping under
admin->organization->entity data table checks

remove if there are any entries here, and I believe this should solve the
problem.

Also, could you please let me know which version of UI and Fineract that
you are using?
The UI doesn't look like the latest, hence the question
