[Mifos-developer] Help with Mifos 23.12.31 using docker.

Hope you are all fine.
I have installed Mifos 23.12.31 using docker following these instructions

all the other containers are started but the mariadb-fineract-server-1 does
a healthy check and ends up with the status as unhealthy.
can anyone guide me on how to correct this?
I have attached the logs from the mariadb-fineract-server-1 container.I
will be grateful for any pointers.
