[Mifos-developer] ForiengnKey Constrain on AWS RDS

Hi devs,

I am experiencing an issue where the Fineract docker image is unable to run
successfully on AWS due foreignKey constraints which isn't supported by
RDS.

Does anyone know how I could get this fixed? Any help/pointers on how I can
relsove this or set the foreignKey checks as disabled will be greatly
appreciated.
