Gayl, http://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/display/MIFOS/Feature+Request+List is a Wiki page so its quiet possible you are being automatically logged in but you also maybe just 'viewing' it as well with no rights to edit/update. When your logged in you can clearly see your username in the top right and you should also then be able to see some icons on the right side of the page, one of which allows you to Edit the page. It should be good enough just to mention the mifos issue number, e.g. MIFOS-XXXX and indicate which is the most important one to do first from the list if you have more than one issue you really want done.r regards, Keith.
