for your information:
there is a basic test suite located in the 'tools' folder. It checks for events allocation, copy, communication, filters, functions call etc.
The TDriver tool checks only the internal functioning of the drivers. For communication with the outside world, there is the TOutEvents tool but it probably needs some adjustments (and maybe the other tools too)
