#6 Displays measure incorrectly on beat 1

In the event window, when scrolling to the right with the right arrow button (i.e. one beat), whenever the first beat of a measure is aligned with the window, it offsets the measures by 1. But when beat 2, 3, or 4 is displayed, it displays the correct measure. (see attached images)
