#5 Horiontal Scroll Bar "large" change is small

When clicking the Horizontal Scroll bar "Small Change" (i.e. the arrows) the window scrolls one bar to the left or right.
However, when clicking the "Large Change" (i.e. empty space on the scroll bar) the window scrolls in very, very small increments.

I would suggest the "Large Change" should scroll left/right at least 1 measure.
