#46 Why prefs file gets updated with all "default" data

I would much rather put in prefs file only what does not
match default logic and what I want to change.
Saving everything makes it large and very hard to
maintain. Plus increase chance of conflicts (i.e. I
changed plural name in build.xml and middlegen
complained because it saved "default" one to prefs file
which it should not have done in my opinion)
I have not tried and do not know how middlegen handles
it but saving everything to preferences makes it harder to
synchronize prefs with database
