#34 XML re-ordering error

I compiled and tested the latest version of middleman
from the CVS sources.

When I configure middleman using the web interface,
e.g. the rewrite section, and select to move an entry to
the bottom of the list by pressing the "Bottom" link, the
entry changes places with the last entry, instead of
only being moved last.
