I have installed MicroView 2.1.2 for linux. Great program.
I experienced that MicroView crashed when creating an isosurface with some of my minc files. I have found that the MicroView isosurface is not too happy about negative step values in the minc files (header). By changing these to positive values everything is fine. However, by changing the sign of the step values will re-orientate the images. I assume this is simple to fix in MicroView?
