Did you take those images with the 10x objective?  That is the only one that you currently have calibrated.

Also, you do not need to take an image to see if it is calibrated.  The status bar in the bottom of the main window will show 0nm/pix when it is not calibrated, and 643nm/pix (or whatever value) when it is calibrated.

Micro-Manager decides whether your system is calibrated when the current setting matches the settings in your pixel size calibration (it uses the same strategy to "match" your configuration presets).  If you really had the 10x objective there, please try setting the calibration using the state of your objective rather than the label (maybe there is something funky going on in matching those long strings with objective information).
