The status bar in the bottom of the main window will show 0nm/pix when it is not calibrated, and 643nm/pix (or whatever value) when it is calibrated. Micro-Manager decides whether your system is calibrated when the current setting matches the settings in your pixel size calibration (it uses the same strategy to "match" your configuration presets). If you really had the 10x objective there, please try setting the calibration using the state of your objective rather than the label (maybe there is something funky going on in matching those long strings with objective information). > when I take live imaging and try to move the stage via key board, I got > the error said that the live images aren't calibrated. see attached > debug file if this error appeared.
