MICO 2.3.9

Folks,

we are pleased to announce the release of MICO 2.3.9.

This release is a long awaited merge of some MICO forks into standard
MICO, in particular the MICOSec and MICO/MT projects. Both existed
separately for nearly 4 years. As part of the IST project COACH
(www.ist-coach.org) and partly funded by the European Commission, we
were able to merge and to stabilize these branches. Our work finally
resulted in this MICO release.... read more

MICO Snapshot available (not located on SF)

Hi,

we are pleased to announce the second public snapshot of our
"integrated" MICO version. It is based on the current MICO CVS, and
contains multi threading, Portable Interceptors, CSIv2 Level 0 and
CORBASec Level 2.

It can be download from:

ftp://ftp.objectsecurity.com/pub/mico-gup-021211.tar.gz

Please note that this snapshot is WORK IN PROGRESS! It seems to work
fairly well on our main development platforms (Debian GNU/Linux 3.0

CVS fixed

The CVS has been fixed (thanks to the SourceForge Team). The "cvs/mico" has been moved to it s correct location and is now known as "mico" only.

I suggest that everybody checks out a fresh copy or fixes the CVSRoot entry's in their existing copy's ;-)

Have fun

Andreas

MICO/mt has new found interest

Andreas has allowed us to partake in the development of his MICO/mt project. We are basing our work on the goals and strategies defined in his thesis. The first order of business is to document the MICO source code. Next, we intend to follow the goals defined by Andreas on the micomt website. MICO/mt has been reinvigorated, remotivated, and reinvested.
