Martin Thnx for your fast answering =20 > No, I am still working on it. I am very confident to finish oth tonight. > I will use Sourceforge Subversion's services instead of CVS. And it is not a question of documenting a package you didn't build. But one or two remarks on what (and how) ImageMagick is used in the MPF publication module could clarify a lot of things, but I assume I'll find this in the documentation.=20 And it is not that I don't trust open source binaries, but more having to explain things to our ICT management as the KB software policy is very strict and allows only for approved packages. And approval is what I'll have to get from them. =20 > > Has anyone done (trial) installation yet? Does the publication module > > work without this app and without using example thumbnail images? >=20 > Yes. as a matter of fact, the current module doesn't use the resizing > feature. Then I'm very curious what it is used for. On the fly resizing is a way of reducing the number of images, for only the full size image would have to be stored in a dir. But if it is not used for resizing, then thumbnails and full size images exist side by side and they could be retrieved using a query URL. Bu I'll wait for you finishing the documentation. Je vous remercie. Et mes salutations cordiales Henk |
