#4 internal server error

I am getting an internal server error when accessing the indx page.
The server runs on port 8080, but that shouldn't matter should it?

Apache uses htaccess file for authentication in other parts
of the site, so i edited the inc path in .htaccess.

Created the
db and tables. All worked.

What else can I check?

neva mind fixed it. Was AllowOverride error.

What server do you use and wht are you trying to access?
