Okay,
After a little thought I have fixed a few things for you regarding
(customer) side of things. In the previous version of the fixed
helpdesk I placed here I did not take out any of the html info on
the main page or change the (addticket) html. I left it as what I
had and you would have to edit the files yourself.
In this fixed zip file I have taken those out and put in general
defualt stuff to cover general things regarding company.
As always, I did not create mantis helpdesk, I do claim too, I do
not claim to support mantis helpdesk, nor am I part of the
mantis helpdesk team.
All I have done is curtail the files to meet my requirements and
add small fixes that I have run into. So this is in no way a part
of the actual (Mantis Helpdesk1.1.1) application.
I really enjoy the mantis helpdesk application and think it is huge
possibilities if built upon either by the creator or supporting
mantis help desk team. I only wish they would continue as I am
not a .php guru or I would do it. :)
NOTE:
If you want changes in how this supplied helpdesk2 functions
your on your own. Do as I have and edit the files.
