#11 Mantis Helpdesk Fixed Zip File

This is a fixed version of (Mantis Helpdesk).

I take no credit for building or creating Mantis Helpdesk. All I
have done is to fix the (inc) path problems and create a sudo
(Matrix) type theme.

This version of fixed (Mantis Helpdesk) is still 1.1.1 I do not
claim to have changed anything except file paths, color layout,
and I changed the this application to support customer side
interaction. I have limited the ability to alot of functions under
customer so they can only add tickets.

So I do not claim to support this sudo fixed version nor do I plan
further development on Mantis Helpdesk.

I am just providing this for people who wish to use it as a
customer side helpdesk which includes other small fixes to the
real version of (Mantis Helpdesk 1.1.1) which this is not.

Note: You will have to edit files in the (helpdesk) folder to put in
your company name and if you wish to remove the login info on
the main page and add ticket page you will have to do so
yourself.

My bad....

Remember to support the customer side as I have it set in this zip file
you will have to create a user called (customer) with the password
(needhelp) if you do not wish to edit the files for this to work
correctly. Reason being I have added text to the main page to that
requires this name and pass. You should be able to log in with admin
and create the user (customer) with pass (needhelp) through the
mantis helpdesk functions under admin.
