I noticed there was no spot to keep track of time on the
help ticket. I have personally changed your "Other" field
into an floating point field, and added a floating point
field in the database to record it. I think it would be
helpful to have that in a new release.

I think it would be a great afford, if you can type in the time
you used for finding a solution. Together with the all over
time in which the ticket was open.
