#12 Web page lists SHA192 and not SHA256

The web page at http://mhash.sf.net/ contains a list of
supported protocols as well as a bit-length matrix, both
of which list SHA192 (as far as I can tell, a non-existent
algorithm not mentioned in the source) and which do
not list SHA256, which does appear in the source.

The table now correctly lists SHA256, but it also still
incorrectly lists SHA192 and both problems still exist in the
list above the table.
