#430 speedbar display of non-zero value folders

I would like to be able to toggle the speedbar display
such that only folders with a non-zero value are given
in the display.

For example:

[ ] folder1 (0/12345)
[ ] folder2 (1/99)

would toggle to just display

[ ] folder2 (1/99)

this would reduce the speedbar to the list of folders that
an "Fn" command might display.
