#3 Messing up sockets

I have noticed that MGTalk sometimes manages to mess up
the socket or something, when closed. So that a second
attempt gives a log saying that it could not open the
socket, in some cases it even blocks all other internet
features of the phone, only fixed by turning it off and
back on again.

As I say in my comment to bug #1506541 I cannot
connect, might it be that the socket is not closed
again properly when it reaches an exception? Just a
wild guess.

When an application closes shouldn't the J2ME engine clean
up everything? This looks like a phone bug to me...
