Have the salvager able to salvage vehciles that are not
100% destroyed, but still otherwise useless.

Get more money for salvaged stuff that is not 100%
destroyed (eg: up to, or just a flat rate of 70% of
original value)

Call it 'Recycle Vehicle' or something similar
Have the Indepentant Salvagers perform this action, on
vehicles that are idle / have dead units manning them)

Also perhaps give the Repair Truck the ability to salvage,
to encourage players to salvage stuff (no-one builds
salvagers themselves).

Also when repairing, perhaps do it differently to game
repair, and just 'replace' the unit, similar to hovering
over the Repair Facility (this way AI would use repaired
enemy tanks, for example)

Also for the Resistance:
If a Vehicle is within the 'Green Circle' range of a town,
have the resistance salvage it (be is destroyed or
otherwise) within 45 - 90 seconds.

Perhaps give the resistance (of that town ?) a boon of
T55s and BMP1 / T72s if they salvage certain amounts
of crap from attacking forces.

    It could be a good idea also too make a red cross vehicle,
    that harvest dead bodies on the field. more like field
    medics:)))

    Dunno about having medic 'salvagers', as you get nothing
    resource wise from harvesting the dead resource wise,
    everyone would attack the Medical M113/BMP and thus more
    vehicles lying around with bodies in them.

    The corpses sink into the ground after 5 minutes or so
    anyway. Should just make it 2 minutes instead.
