Have the AI Officers issue KEEP LOW, and DANGEROUS
at the start, and every 3 - 5 minutes there after.
Its cheap, but it works well enough
Also needs to be done when new AI enters their group.
If AI are told to move far, they'll run
If AI are in a group, eg, about to fight, they go prone
Server does most the work for you :)

Eg: AI do not buy a jeep, and a 4 person squad, then go
roaming for towns and get out, try to take take then go
back to jeep.
Also AI need to call for repairs, and perhaps have one of
the active AI squads build a manned repair truck.

On the 'call for repairs' there's a simple idea that could possibly
work. If you could create them like independent salvagers, and
give them the "support" waypoint type (I have an idea that
might work) that should be it.
Anyway, what's this doing in the *bug* tracking system?
