MFCTI 1.16 ammobug and crewbug

Hey!
Number 1:
This has been MP problem a while: When you kill
resistance tank and its crew the tank will disappear in
time but the crew stays in its killed position. Meaning
the crew will float in air.
Number 2:
It seems that when you take ammo in MP from MBHQ it
couses serious desync and lagg. It has been reported
numerous times...
Number 3:
When you have played MFCTI multiplayer for 2 hours
and your commander loses connection and disconnects
suddenly it would be nice for your team to be able to
vote for new commander without restarting the whole
game :D

#1 seems to be gone, fixed where it should be - BIS.
#3 Basically, it shouldn't be harder than switching their
positions in the arrays, but having them work properly after
that is another thing entirely. Including updating the actions
on MHQ (lock, commander only) and making the leftover AI do
what it should as a player AI.
On a related note, does the 'newly AI' commander currently do
what an AI commander should?
