#47 repackage distribution

Shouldn't the distribution be unzipped in the eclipse
folder rather than the eclipse/plugins folder as per
the instructions?

Maybe instructions need updating.

Also where should the site.xml file go?

Also, the current distribution is missing the source code.
Additionally, the package should contain the full directory
structure instead of jars (using jars makes the help entries
for metrics not work, for example).
