Welcome to MethylDraw wiki!

MethylDraw is a tool to draw methylation levels of CpG sites on DNA sequences.

Usage :

methylDraw.pl -r ref_CpG.txt condition_1.txt condition_2.txt condition_3.txt -n time_1:time_2:time_3

ref_CpG.txt file contains positions of CpG sites on the given DNA sequences.
condition_*.txt files contain the numbers of total reads and methylated reads on each CpG site.
