Added support for MSG Native format from U-MARF.

Released new version. Still no MSG native (sorry, no time...), some reformatting and bug correction.

Bug corrected in MSG calibration!!

• Added example program XRIT2NetCDF to convert
  LRIT/HRIT to NetCDF format. Need NetCDF library.
  Reproj utility updated for the files generated from
  XRIT2NetCDF.
  New patch for Eumetsat Decompression Library for
  Fedora Core 3.
  Used make dist for distribution.

This version adds partial support for LRIT/HRIT files from MSG. A simple XRTI2Image program has been added.
Deneys S. Maartens has contributed code for OpenMTP-IDS
format.

Added some more on HRIT files, (sorry, not much time to work at),
added gnu autoconf/autoheader/automake stuff (thanks Deneys !)
Corrected a bug in using non-standard jinclude.h file
Added time as dimension in NetCDF output examples.
Added very preliminary reprojectin utility.

Hello there, this is 0.2 release. Added LRIT/HRIT support (partial) for single image files. Stay tuned.

I have uploaded my source files (to whom it may concern).

The first public file release is expected by the end of January. Stay tuned.
