Mesopotamia achieved first functionality - loading of Java 1.3 tokens into Hypersonic database. It takes ~60 sec. to load all Hammurapi sources (>300 files), but Hypersonic goes into disk threshing on ~1400th file of JDK 1.4. Database structure optimization or switching to another database for big repositories shall solve this problem.
