To repeat the bug on elephant.ply or brain.ply :

Open Meshlab in debug;
Open elephant.ply or brain.ply;
Select Filters->Remeshing, Simplification and Reconstruction-> Voronoi Vertex Clustering
Apply filter with default parameters-> Meshlab crashes

To repeat the bug on T.ply :

Open Meshlab in debug;
Open T.ply;
Select Filters->Remeshing, Simplification and Reconstruction-> Voronoi Vertex Clustering
Apply filter with default parameters-> Assertion failed
