#63 BPA crashes, when clustering is disabled

When trying to run the BPA and disabling the clustering of similar vertices by setting the % rate to 0, the programm crashes with an assertion failure (why is that even showing up in a release build?).

The assertion says:
Program: meshlab.exe
File: .../ball_pivoting.h
Line: 254

Expression: v->isUserBit(usedBit)

I'm using the windows v1.1.1 binary.
