Hello, The most common mistake I have seen in this type of setup is people forgetting to call glFinish() before accessing the buffer outside of glReadPixels(). I have seen this a couple of times. Otherwise, just make sure the context is current. MPI really has little to do with it, assuming each MPI task has a separate OSMesa context/buffer. It does work quite well BTW... Hope it helps.
