[Mesa3d-dev] glw.pc.in missing in the tarball

Hi all,

Not sure if this is a documented bug, but glw.pc.in is missing in the
tarball. Compile works fine, but it is during install when it fails.
To fix it, I just had to download the file from the git tree.
Not a major bug, but may confuse people.
