Thank you for your response. You can use the inlist I attached in the second mail. There are most of options I tried. If you want more or if you need something specific just let me know and I'll send it.

To be honest for me this 'misbehavior' looks like a serious bug related to the treatment of convection. There is no single physical reason for discontinuity during the peaceful hydrogen burning on the main sequence. Solution seems to be chaotic and I have no idea what to do about it.
