Hello, There is a parameter called lnfree_e ( please check star/public/star_data.dek) indicating the free electron number per nucleon. You can refer it as s% lnfree_e. You could then use Saha's equation, together with the temperature s% T to get the ionization fraction of H. I do not know that there is a direct H ionization fraction parameter though.
