Fixed GitHub credential storage location and installed missing agno dependency. Resolved MLX server startup issues with locale environment variables. Cleared pm_sync_state and initiated GitHub task synchronization monitoring.

Debugged GitHub task sync issue and verified error banner behavior. Resolved PR conflicts for [#256], [#254], [#257], [#258]. Rewrote inotify polling loop with ETLConfig path. Next: rebase fix/github-project-sync onto main.

Fixed task sync binary path ordering issue causing 'env: node: No such file or directory' error. Created meridian-bin.ts helper with corrected candidate selection logic and added 8 unit tests. Changes uncommitted pending PR approval.

Implemented a new UI picker component and state machine flow to handle real-time task syncing for packaged-app users, replacing static 'saved' messages with dynamic progress states. Fixed a product gap where GitHub project IDs were missing in daemon logs, causing tasks to disappear after Browser connect, and configured Jira OAuth secrets to restore 32 live Jira tasks.
