Facility would like to omit the reporting of individuals
who are less than 60 days in the facility. These
personnel are showing as deliquent in training the day
they are inprocessed into the facility. The training
explorer should reflect only the personnel eligible for
training.

When MEPS was first being used at WBAMC this was the
case. But what happened is that our Orientation Regulation
states that a new employee must attend newcomer's within
60 days of arrival, if they do not show up deficient until the
60th day then it is too late. This could be a feature that
could be up to the individual facility.
