#303 NCOER Shell report is giving error

Issue - NCOER Shell report is giving error
Description - When I try to pull up a NCOER Shell for a
person I get a error Error in reading xsl file.

Changed to ??? so not to let the server name be known
\\san_????
\devsite\meps\GenericReports\\meps\genericreports\styl
e\ncoershells.xsl

I have tried this on the local and dev server and got the
same error.

Troubleshooting steps-
Got a new gerericreports folder from CVS with a date of
02/09/2004

Looked to see if there are any thing different from what
I had locally in the report then what the dev server had.

Tested the report on the dev server

The problem is that Generic Reports is generating an invalid
path to the file. Forward this to COL Mundy / Ms. Majors /
BAMC Champions for resolution.
