After creating a 4106 emails should be sent to the
specified route. Some of these emails are being sent
and some are not. The user then split the route and the
email was sent. The user then deleted the route and re-
added it. After this even after splitting the route the
emails were not sent.
I have checked that SMTP is working.
We have verified that the correct email addresses are in
MEPS.
Below is an example from the user:
Major Handley, Head Nurse of the Mother-Baby Ward
(3E) as an example. Her staff will create an e-4106 and
select MBU as the location. Major Handley is loaded as
the 1st Line Supervisor (POC) in the MedTrends
Administrator: Survey Properties Routine
Responsibilities Table. However, the survey submitted
by her staff member on her location does not reach her.
In other words, nothing automatically shows up in her
MS Outlook Inbox. She doesnt even know its
occurred. I get notification, check the MedTrends
Routing Report and validate that there is no Waiting For
Response entry for Major Handley. Then, I open the
survey and split it to her. Major Handley then opens the
survey I split to her and can only review it, cannot
comment, nor cannot split it.
This should be done automatically by MEPS. It worked
just that way when the system was installed February
2004.
I also verified that all users have the proper permissions
in MedTrends.

Set ID referenced in error message to primary key and auto
increment. This resolved the error message. The error
message is no longer being generated, however the email has
a status of 'failed to email:<server>'.
