No

Per CPT Campbell the company commander at BJACH
Individuals who are on a temorary profile are showing up
in the "No TST" and "DTD". This is throwing off the
numbers because while on a temporary profile these
soldier can not take an APFT.

Vamsi: please see if you can determine if this is an actual bug
    or a data entry issue.

Brian: please provide an example of a record that your users
are trying to enter. What are the values in a profile for
individuals who are showing up incorrectly? If there are
several examples, the more the merrier. We need to try to
recreate this on the dev server to confirm that it is in fact a
    bug.

Example, Individual's listed under "NO TST":

Individual #1 Diagnostic Weigh in. PT not taken. Profile
entered as follows; Start Date : 2003/10/14; End Date :
    2003/11/14; Type : Temporary; Recover Ends : 2004/01/15

Since the recovery date has not accurd individual should only
show up in the "NO EL" but he is showing up in the "NO TST"
    also.

Another individual has no APFT record but has two Temporary
    Profile entries:
    Start Date : 2003/06/09; End Date : 2003/09/15; Type :
    Temporary; Recover Ends : 2003/12/13
    and
    Start Date : 2003/09/18; End Date : 2003/12/18; Type :
    Temporary; Recover Ends : 2004/03/17

    Example, Individual's listed under "DTD":

Individual has 1 APFT record dated 2002/12/12 Pass APFT,
Fail Weight, and is curently on Temporary Profile:

    Start Date : 2003/11/28; End Date : 2004/02/28; Type :
    Temporary; Recover Ends : 2004/05/28

She is listed both under "NO EL" and "DTD"

Another individual Has 1 APFT Record dated 2003/07/23 Pass
APFT, Fail Weight, and has 3 profile records.

    Start Date : 1995/10/19; End Date : 2029/01/21; Type :
    Permanent; Recover Ends : 2029/04/21

    Start Date : 2003/01/23; End Date : 2003/02/23; Type :
    Temporary; Recover Ends : 2003/04/28

    Start Date : 2003/12/19; End Date : 2004/03/19; Type :
    Temporary; Recover Ends : 2004/06/17

This individual show's up under both "NO EL" and "DTD"

There are two parts to this bug report,
    1. Temporary Profile showing up in the "No TST" column, I
need more info on this :(an approx number of times this is
happening and couple of examples should be helpful)
    2. Temporary Profiles showing up in the "DTD" column, the
data in the "DTD" column is based on the last APFT date and
has nothing to do with temporary profiles. So this is working
    as designed.

we have about 24 out of 49 people on temporary profiles
showing up on the No TST column. I provided two examples
of these in my earlier post.

After initial research, this will take some considerable
research and effort to resolve. It will be submitted to the
BAMC CCB for review as part of the overall request to revise
the APFT and APFT Explorer module and will be resolved when
it becomes a priority by BAMC CCB standards.
