#9 Add support for Sakura terminal emulator

Sakura is a minimal terminal using just GTK and VTE:

making it ideal for some of the environments suppored by MenuMaker. Found in Debian Linux:

Ubuntu (universe), Gentoo etc.

Patch attached that works for me.
