#8 Question about running MEMBPLUGIN in VMD Text Mode

Hi all,
I have been working on permeability of a couple of ligands through membrane bilayer and need to calculate the membrane thickness changes during MD simulation (about 20ns). I have checked MEMBPLUGIN for one of the models via VMD- Graphical interface that takes some time.
For all models (about 100 MD runs) I need to run MEMBPLUGIN-VMD in Text Mode in parallel rather than GUI interface and do not know how to set up commands accordingly, any help will be appreciated.

Please, write your questions in the "Discussion" section, and first read the wiki section. You would find there the commands for text mode. Also, you can run a computation using the GUI and the corresponding text command will be printed in the VMD terminal.
