#401 Creating pilots limited to admins, but pilots in units not?
This doesn't really qualify as a bug per se, but neither a a feature request.
The GUI menu for creating pilots (Staff - Pilots - Create Pilot) for players is limited to administrators it seems, it doesn't show for mods (I know, the command line can be tweaked so mods could make them with the command line)
This doesn't make much sense, because in fact mods can make units..with pilots in them then.
Would make sense to me to streamline this and give mods the option to create pilots without having to take the detour of making an entire unit with pilot.
This menu item doesn't even exist, actually. Adding it would make a certain amount of sense.
