Fails silently with no dialogue. Additionally, may be leaving gameoptions.xml with undesired settings (not positive, but we acquired some undesired options at some point). Also, using Save the Universe leaves gameoptions.xml as an empty file.
Fixed the issue. this once again was an GUI only command vs command line.
