#978 Personnel market stalls my game

Right, so I started a game in 0.3.21, then filled out all of my info and campaign settings. I then advanced the day, got a notice on the personnel market refreshing, and tried to pull up the window, and the game appeared to freeze. Is there a way to fix this issue? I was playing an AtB campaign, does that have any effect on this, or do I just need to adjust something or wait for a while?

Attached is a copy of my game file so any possible problems can be found.

Could you attach a mekhqlog.txt from when the crash happens?

Its not crashing as far as I know, it just freezes and stops responding, forcing me to use task manager to shut it down so I can start it up again.

EDIT: I just tried increasing the value of the delay timer to 1,000, and this solved the problem.

Changing the delay timer would not have fixed your issue. If you have any future issues like this make sure to post a log. While an app hang/crash may not give an error it would still help.

I tried tha campaign you posted which has the delay timer at 500 and did not have any issue with the market. I am going to check your other bug report and see if I have any issues with it.
